1. Overview
This promotion offers new, verified organization accounts in the United States the opportunity to earn up to $250 in cash rewards by meeting specific engagement milestones. To ensure a seamless user experience and maintain regulatory compliance, all rewards are tracked and disbursed automatically by Switch.
2. Program Milestones & Rewards
All milestones must be completed within 90 calendar days of account opening.
- Milestone 1 ($50 Reward): Awarded automatically upon successful account opening and identity verification.
- Milestone 2 ($100 Reward): Awarded automatically once the account reaches a cumulative net settled spend of $1,000 on Switch-issued cards.
- Milestone 3 ($100 Reward): Awarded automatically once the account reaches a cumulative net settled spend of $10,000 on Switch-issued cards.
3. Qualifying Spend & Exclusions
"Qualifying Purchases" are defined as the purchase of eligible goods or services, less any credits, returns, or adjustments.
- Settlement Requirement: Transactions must transition from "Pending" to "Settled" to count toward cumulative net spend totals.
- Non-Qualifying Transactions: The following do not count toward spend milestones:
- Cash advances or ATM withdrawals.
- Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, PayPal).
- Wire transfers, money orders, or instant transfers.
- Adjustments: Any chargebacks or returns will be automatically deducted from your cumulative net spend progress.
4. Automated Fulfillment & Payout
- Automated Tracking: Switch maintains the system of record for all qualifying spend via Airtable. Users are not required to manually track spend or submit claims.
- Disbursement Timeline: Rewards will be credited to a non-withdrawable spending account USD balance within 5 business days of a milestone being triggered in the Switch ledger.
- Eligibility at Payout: The account must be active and in good standing (no compliance holds or suspicious activity flags) at the time of distribution.
- Fund Usage: These funds are non-withdrawable and must be used for purchases via Switch card products.
5. Program Limits & Legal Terms
- Abuse and Fraud: Switch reserves the right to disqualify accounts and withhold rewards if we detect "manufactured spend" (spending intended solely to hit milestones with the intent to return goods) or other fraudulent activity.
- Taxes: Reward recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt of cash rewards.
