CERTAIN PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS CONTINUE INDEFINITELY AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED THE RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEE AS ADVERTISED, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME-TO-TIME, UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTOIN.
Your agreement to subscribe to the Switch "Gold" service is subject to your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Switch "Gold", provided by Switch - Grink Inc. By accessing or using the Switch App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility: All Switch users have the ability to subscribe to Switch “Gold”. All users are required to complete the verification process through our banking partners in order to access all features of Switch including, but not limited to, Switch “Gold”. This mandatory step ensures the security and authenticity of our user base.
Cash Back: As a valued subscriber to Switch “Gold”, you are eligible for cash back promotions, paid directly to your personal balance in Switch. All cash back values and requirements will be listed under each entry within the Switch “Gold” section of Switch. All eligible purchases must be made using a Switch Debit card. All eligible purchases must be made within the timeframe of the deal presented in order to receive cash back promotions. All cash back promotions are paid out at the discretion of Switch, and Switch “Gold” partners. Switch is not liable for cash back promotions that are unable to be paid by Switch “Gold” partners.
Deals: Switch provides various deals through Switch “Gold” partners for our subscribers. However, these deals are not permanent and may be edited or removed at any time at our discretion, or the discretion of our Switch “Gold” partners. The cash back promotions from these deals will be updated in-app for your convenience.
Fraud: We take fraudulent behavior very seriously. Any suspected fraudulent behavior will lead to a thorough investigation, and if confirmed, may lead to the potential termination of your account. In such cases, any due rewards or cash back payments may be withheld.
Switch Card Purchases: When a user requests a refund for a purchase made using the Switch Debit card, any and all cash back promotions received through said purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount. These funds will be sent back to the vendor of origin to compensate for any and all cash back promotions disseminated to the user. This deduction will also apply to any refunded purchases sent back to a Switch Debit card due to the initiation of a Chargeback, or reporting of a Lost or Stolen card to Visa by the user.
Subscription Details
You can find descriptions of each Paid Subscription and their features within the Switch app and we will explain which options are available to you when you select the Switch “Gold” Logo/”Join Now” button at the top of the Switch “Gold” screen.
Subject to these Paid Subscription Terms, users who purchase a Switch “Gold” Subscription may access all promotions presented for their own personal use (and for their group members, where applicable) from the moment they submit their payment details successfully to Switch.
Switch “Gold” offers three distinctive subscription plans. The monthly plan, priced at $15, bills you each month for the duration of your subscription. The yearly plan, priced at $60, is an economical alternative billed on an annual basis. The lifetime plan at $160 offers long-term access with a one-time payment, guaranteeing access to Switch “Gold” indefinitely. All payments are processed securely through Apple Pay.
To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel, as described below, before the end of the then-current subscription period. Deleting your account or deleting the Switch application from your device does not cancel your subscription. You will be given notice of changes in the pricing of Switch “Gold” to which you have subscribed and an opportunity to cancel. If Switch changes these prices and you do not cancel your subscription, you agree that you will be charged at Switch “Gold”’s then-current pricing for subscription.
From time to time, we may also offer special promotional plans, content or memberships, including offerings of third party products or services in conjunction with or through the Switch “Gold” subscription. We are not responsible for the products or services provided by such third parties.
We reserve the right to modify the features and content we provide as part of our Switch “Gold” subscription from time to time and for any reason.
We may terminate or suspend your Switch “Gold” Subscription, in whole or in part:
A. at any time if we believe you have breached any of these Terms, if we stop providing the Switch “Gold” Service or any material component thereof, or as we believe necessary to comply with applicable law; or
B. upon reasonable notice to you for any other reason.
