1. Overview
This promotion offers new, verified organization accounts in the United States the opportunity to earn up to $250 in cash rewards by meeting specific engagement milestones.
2. Program Milestones & Rewards
To qualify for rewards, all milestones must be completed within 90 calendar days of your account opening date:
- Milestone 1 ($50 Reward): Awarded upon successful account opening and identity verification.
- Milestone 2 ($100 Reward): Awarded once the account reaches a cumulative net settled spend of $1,000 on Switch-issued cards.
- Milestone 3 ($100 Reward): Awarded once the account reaches a cumulative net settled spend of $10,000 on Switch-issued cards.
3. Qualifying Spend & Exclusions
"Qualifying Purchases" are defined as the purchase of eligible goods or services, less any credits, returns, or adjustments.
- Exclusions: Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, P2P transfers (e.g., Venmo, Cash App), and wire transfers do not count toward spend milestones.
- Returns: Any chargebacks or returns will be deducted from your cumulative spend progress.
4. Reward Availability & Usage Limits
- Timeline: Rewards will be credited to your account within 5 business days of a milestone being triggered.
- Usage Restrictions: Reward funds are non-withdrawable and cannot be transferred off the platform via ACH, wire, or P2P transfer.
- Spending: These funds are exclusively available for debit card purchases using your Switch-issued cards.
5. Expiration and Forfeiture
- Reclamation Policy: Switch reserves the right to reclaim and pull back any untouched reward funds if they remain unused for a period of 365 consecutive days. To prevent forfeiture, the account must show active debit card utilization of the reward balance within this timeframe.
6. Eligibility, Abuse, and Fraud
- Account Standing: To receive any reward, your account must be active and in good standing (no compliance holds or overdue balances) at the time the milestone is triggered and the reward is disbursed.
- Fraud Prevention: Switch reserves the right to disqualify accounts and withhold rewards if we detect "manufactured spend" (spending intended solely to hit milestones with the intent to return goods) or other fraudulent activity.
